We handcraft each item to exceed your expectations for quality and craftsmanship. We process orders daily, Monday through Friday. Items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or Federal Express. For your protection and ours, all items are insured to value unless otherwise arranged. Shipping and insurance costs will be itemized on your invoice prior to purchase approval. If you're not pleased with your purchase, contact us by e-mail or phone within 3 days of delivery to arrange for its return and refund of purchase price less our 10% restocking fee. We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days. You are responsible for shipping back the returned item within 3 days of our acknowledgment.
